Where to buy White Sapphire or Topaz Engagement ring?

My fiance and I are looking to buy an engagement ring with a diamond alternative. I'd rather not go for a CZ but instead get an authentic gemstone such as white sapphire, white topaz, or moissanite. I have found multiple places to buy moissanite rings but am struggling to find any sites that sell white sapphire or white topaz. I would perfer a solitare ring with accent side stones as opposed to a single solitare or 3 stone ring (please see the link to get an idea of what I'm looking for)
