Help me Identify a gold crest pin with a shield two lions a crown & "providentiae memor" on the bottom?

I found a gold brooch or pin at a garage sale that's a crest with 2 lions on each side on their hind legs and on top is a crown and on the bottom reads "rpovidentiae memor"

Was it like the picture below?
