Sterling silver ring enhancer?

My ring is a solitaire sapphire (emerald cut) and set onto sterling silver. It occured to me this morning that instead of trying to cram my wedding band around or under it, that using a ring enhancer/ring guard would look much better...

I really like www.buy.com. They have lots of inexpensive wedding rings and sterling silver at that. However, I can't find any wraps. Why not get a white gold one at a jewelry store? They are only about $100-$200. Or see if you can get someone to custom make it.
