I have to go with the consensus, it is quite uninteresting. The photographs are unprofessional and distracting. You need to show off what you are selling, don't hide it. Place the beads on a solid background, perhaps a piece of black or white velvet (whichever will make the beads "pop" more against the background). A greater variety would be nice as well. Many of your categories only have one or two items. I would have liked to seen several more categoies with several choices in each one. Different shapes and sizes, etc...
